At HWC our goal is to provide our customers with the most affordable, reliable electricity in the region.

Our customers enjoy some of Maine's lowest electric rates because of our low delivery service charge.

Our current residential electric charge is broken down as follows:

Based on 500 kilowatt-hours (kWh). An average bill is approximately .11 cents a kWh.

Our standard offer contract ends as of March 31, 2013.
